Once you land in Cancun, you'll want to take ground transportation to Puerto Juarez where you will take the Ultramar ferry to Isla Mujeres. We recommend pre-booking with AT YOUR SERVICE CANCUN to transport you to and from the airport to the ferry.

Picking up your passes...
All passes can be picked up at the entrance of any event during the festival. Please be prepared to show identification.
We do not mail passes.
